Rate and Rank your Supplements – Find out if what you take is working for you!

Everyone who takes supplements wants to know if what they are taking is improving their health and long-term quality of life. With so much information available on the internet and TV, most people are trying to make informed decisions. But the overwhelming volume, contradictory findings and opinions, and sometimes questionable nature of the “science” behind these products, it’s difficult and time-consuming to sift through it all to find the best answer for you.

Many of the claims you see or read about may be true for some but because each of us is different, a supplement that works for one person may not work for another. Matching the best supplement (and form of supplement) is key to find what works best. Many times, the form of a supplement (e.g., methycobalimine B12 vs. cyanocobalimine B12) may work best for one person but not the next even though both people have a B12 deficiency.

Quality also varies from supplement to supplement and brand to brand. The supplement industry is not regulated which is good because it keeps prices affordable. However, not all brands do the same level of testing which means there may be a difference between two of the same supplements from different brands. In this case, price may reflect higher quality and more potent ingredients. Quality matters when you want results.

Finally, with the variations in form, testing, and formulation by brand, choosing the best value for your money (what works best for less) becomes a challenge.

So, if my body is unique and supplements vary between brands, how do I know if I need them? How do I know if what I’m taking really works for me? How do I know if the quality/price/form really makes a difference?

I have developed a new service to help you answer these questions. I call it “Rate and Rank”. Through an intuitive/energetic process and grounded in my ten years of nutritional consulting experience, I evaluate/rate the quality and quantity of each of your supplements. I then rank them in order of “best fit” for you. In cases of “low fit” supplements, I may suggest an alternative if it checks out as a better fit for you.

From the “rate and rank”, I create a personalized Supplement Evaluation which, in a simple graphical one-page form, lists your supplements in “rank” order along with instructions on when to take them and how many to take. It is a handy reference to use on a daily basis.

Feedback from customers of this service has been amazing. Due to the different approach of this service where I focus on the supplements, I have helped several clients reduce the number of supplements or at least the number of capsules per day. Some clients have dropped products that “should” have worked for them but weren’t thereby saving money and reducing the number of capsules. Some people have “upgraded” their quality and have reported positive results. Some have replaced similar products with a different brand and either saved money and/or experienced positive benefits.

The service costs $40. The intake form takes less than 10 minutes to fill out. You can expect the results in about a week after we receive your completed, signed intake form along with payment.
